Happy Halloween everyone!
Today's a chilly day here. Currently waiting for the day to build my new computer, hopefully Monday! My new desk is scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Friday), but my safety wrist straps will arrive on the following Tuesday (10/4/25). I currently have all the components, I'll be posting about the build sometime next week. I could go without them, build it and probably be fine, but better safe than sorry.
One of my first days at college, we learnt about electrical safety; not just keeping you safe but also the components. We learnt about grounding ourselves to protect the circuits from getting fried. The thing is, it can damage components but not us, as it takes a ton of electricity to damage humans.
In other news: It rained again, it's been a rainy week. Really sucks because I would like to dig up soil for my mini-terrarium. I want all the bugs and stuff that live in the soil, instead of using garden soil that lack those bugs.
I hope today is going well for everyone! I hope those in the Caribbean are safe, my heart goes out to everyone affected by Hurricane Melissa (now Post-Tropical Cyclone Melissa).
